Paul HEPHZIBAH

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Hephzibah is a passionate agriculturist. He has served as the Chapter Secretary of All farmers Association of Nigeria and Regional Director of Tractor Owners and Hiring Facility Association of Nigeria (TOHFAN) Southern Nigeria since 2013, where he oversees all the activities of the Association till date.

He founded Hephzibah Production Company in 2010 as an enterprise; the company grew to a limited liability company and he is currently the Executive Director of the Company. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of the Company ever since.

Enoch O. OLUWAMONURE

Chief Operation Officer

Enoch O. Oluwamonure has over 7 years experience in Accounting and Business Administration. He studied at the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

His career began in 2011 as Admin Manager/Human Resources for Tayo Oyetibo and Co (a Law Firm). He worked his way up the ranks to hold the position of Company Secretary with HB in 2017. He was appointed to coordinate administration and planning business strategies at HB in 2018 and together with fellow directors; he is responsible for the strategic development of HB as well as contributing his vast experience to the day to day operations.

Philip M. MITONSOU

For Ifo/Ewekoro ICT Federal Constituency project and also as a Consultant Engineer to Lafarge PLC Computer and ICT Training Center CLC.

Shola AYEWUMI

Chief Financial Officer

A finance expert with over 12 years of corporate finance, treasury, investment, risk management and banking experience. A chartered accountant with the ACCA, he studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Derby, UK.

His experience has taken him to GTBank, in its information systems and control department, Venture Garden Group, as one of the pioneers of its finance department working across finance, reporting, ERP and process implementation, product and project pricing, commercial negotiations, risk management and investment appraisal.

As a builder, he has helped many startups in early and growth stage such as Riby finance, Agroeknor International, Arnergy Solar Limited etc build and standardize corporate finance and system operations from ground to scale and has raised over $35m in seed, private equity and venture capital investment over time.

He joins our board in January 2020 to provide finance leadership required for our growth and expansion.

Training

HB places great emphasis on the training and development of all employees. Through our in-house mentorship scheme, the needs of our staff are identified and training programs implemented in order to effectively develop individual growth and performance. Skills education is facilitated at site level through formal training programs.
